    • We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of ET-I-KIT account.

  • How soon will I get my refund?

    • • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10-15 business days.

  • How do I return?

    • • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
      • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
      • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

  • Are there any charges for return?

    • • There is no charges for return
      • Original shipping charges is non-refundable
      • You are responsible for return shipping charges unless stated otherwise

  • What items are non-refundable?

    • • Free gifts or promotional items
      • Products marked as Final Sale

  • What items are returnable?

    • •  Within 21 days of receiving your order
      •  In original condition and packaging
      •  Unwashed and Unworn
      •  All ET-I-KIT and designer garment tags still attached
